The International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI) is an international NGO that includes approximately 5,000 representative patent attorneys or managing partners from law firms in over 80 countries. Established in 1906, we are celebrating our 118th anniversary this year, with our headquarters located in Basel, Switzerland. FICPI members, in their private practices, serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals, small businesses, large multinationals, universities, and both government and non-government organizations that require representation in various forms of intellectual property, such as patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, and trade secrets.
